What we collect
When you place an order: your name, mobile number, delivery address, email (if you give it) and any note you add. To stop spam orders, we also record the internet (IP) address the order came from.
When you write a review: your name, rating and review, plus the order number and mobile number we use to check you bought the product.
Why we use it
Only to confirm, deliver and support your order, to call or message you about it, to prevent fraud and spam, and to keep the records that tax law requires.
Who we share it with
Our delivery partner gets your name, phone number and address so they can deliver. Your data is stored with the companies that host this website and its database. We share data with the government only when the law requires it. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.
Stored on your device
Your cart and address are saved in your own browser, so you don’t have to type them again. We don’t use advertising cookies.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website (pages viewed, products added to cart, orders placed and the general area and device they come from). Google Analytics sets cookies for this. We don’t send your name, phone number, address or payment details to Google. You can opt out with Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting laws require. Everything else is deleted when it is no longer needed.
