Orders
Your order is accepted once we have received and checked your UPI payment. We may cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price on the site is wrong. If we cancel, anything you paid is refunded in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. The price you pay is the price shown when you place the order. Delivery is free: product prices include delivery to your PIN code, so a price can differ a little from one PIN code to another. For bulk orders (at our bulk price), delivery is charged separately by parcel weight and shown before you order. You pay by UPI right after placing your order.

Product information
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours may look slightly different on your screen. Solar products need direct sunlight to charge, and run times depend on the weather.
Reviews
Reviews must be honest and about a product you bought. We may remove reviews that are abusive, fake or off-topic.
Our liability
As far as the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Indian consumer law.
Law and disputes
These terms follow the laws of India. Disputes go to the courts of New Delhi. For any complaint, please contact our grievance officer (see our privacy policy) first.
